You need to send an order file to an outside partner. The share dialog offers you a fast option and a safe option, and they look almost the same.

What you'll do
- Open a real-feeling share dialog on a work file.
- Choose between anyone with the link and specific named people.
- Decide whether they need to edit it or only to read it.
- Notice the columns in the file they do not actually need.
- Send the version that gives them exactly enough and nothing more.
